Healthy Pathways – a personalized one-on-one coaching program with a trained health coach free of charge to help identify and change your health risks. Areas of focus may include but are not limited to:
- Cholesterol
- Weight Management
- Fitness Programming
- Tobacco Cessation

- Heart Health

Interactive Web Programs
The AMH website removes physical and geographical barriers to deliver fitness and wellness information via the internet. Interactive educational programs include an online health risk assessment, worksite stretching instruction, eye exercises to reduce and prevent eye strain, and our new nutrition program. Individual Coaching
Another new service is the Individual Health Coaching. Health coaching is completely confidential, professional and tailored to meet your individual needs.
